In pandorax he pretty much tells the dark angels that no one cares about their stupid secret (not that it stops them form blackmailing them into doing what he wants)
mortarion heart was pretty good Draigo pretty much gets elected sgm because he was simply the best swordsman available and he him admission he's probably going to die and only wins thanks to knowing mortarions true name
And ward hasn't been bad since necrons his high/dark elves and drawers rule books are really good and balance and made a few fans form the eldar player based (more so since Phil Kelly admitted ward helped him on the eldar codex)
And sentinals of terra was great even makes a few jokes about the ultramarines
Even if he carries out acts of valor that make sanguinias look like a push over and despite being one of the most "Mary sue" of all warhammer characters you still made him look badass, and I love the hint at daemonic influence along with beautiful armor and warp design, awesome.
Seriously though this guy has plot armor thicker than a titans ceramite armor.
Personally, I liked the Grey Knights before Matt Ward made them too...Ultramariney for me. Especially Draigo, that took the cake. However, I appease myself by tell myself that Dreadknights are probably used by other chapters, just not shown or mentioned because no one cares, and that Kaldor Draigo is secretly the Grey Knights Primarch, his creation ordered by the Emperor just after the Horus Heresy's conclusion.
to imply that a grey knight is a heretic is to say "i dont know my fluff". however i cant help that the thing with draigo is a bit over-the-line...he lives inside the warp and he is an inquisitor who carries a weapon forged original by demons O.o and how can u cleanse something that is pure evil..its not corrupt or something. Anyway , amazing artwork my friend , i rly like ur styleand ur vision of a khornate daemon world , cheers!
Could be a daemon that has no real alignment to anything. Get those by the fucktons in the new Dark Heresy mods. Especially the exiled Khornates, who are basically "Bring me battles and I am yours." type monsters.
Yeah , well , dont take it personally but i dont give a rat's ass about all these uncool crap they come up with to make their game rules. I like to stick with the main fluff and act as if such things simply dont exist.
The stupid thing is that something as massive and epic-ly awesome as the 'Nid War would probably have reeled in far more profit than they've made since cancelling it. Especially because of all the special units they could add and weapons and vehicles designed for fighting the Tyrannids (and any other swarm-based enemies, like the Guard and the Orks).
I especially would've hoped for something like the banewolf but scaled up for a land raider. That would have been awesome! Oooo, or a land raider crusader with a couple hades Autocannons in place of hurricane bolters and twin-linked inferno cannons in place of it's assault cannons plus a rad-cleanser in place of it's multi-melta.
That actually is a good design for killing 'nids, now that I think about it.
Yeah, I got a buddy who's relative (brother, I think) did storyboarding for the 'nids and supposedly they weren't supposed to make it past 4th edition, an over-arcing story that brought the Tyranid Over Fleet in and the Imperium, the Eldar and the Tau form a truce to wipe them out with the Orks ultimately being the ones that strike the killing blow. This was abandoned because of the Tau's lukewarm reception.
Soooo, you're saying that literally setting fire to Nurgle's Plague Garden doesn't show whose side he's one? Well, I'll give you that chaos is fickle but I it'd be like Golem ordering his precious be destroyed in-front of him.
The chaos gods have no alliances to each other. Read the Liber Chaotica - it speaks of a battleground where they regularly send armies that the human mind can't begin to comprehend against each other...for fun. Like chess. They are constantly warring, over and over, for eternity. Draigo is just as likely to be a puppet to one of them.
And who says he's isn't the rebellious one? Tzeentch tricked Skarbrand into attempting to cut down Khorne. He failed, but tried anyway. The chaos gods don't care about one another, and who says that one of them controls him? He may have just fallen to chaos undivided: Malal. He could just be a wild slaughterer, like Kharne the Betrayer. That guy kills anything as long as it spills blood.
