Met a lot of cool people at Spectrum, as well as lots of art directors.  Got some new clients, and ideas on how to make my art better.

Time for more portfolio pieces!

I love art and games, I usually try and put them together in a sci-fi/fantasy way.

Some of my current clients include - Fantasy Flight Games, Paizo, Privateer Press, Catalyst games, and Dream Pod 9

I am looking for freelance and contract commissions.

You have created some amazing pieces lately. Can you share the name of the card game (maybe offer a link to it?) which has some of the latest art.  I'd like to check it out. I tried searching "Saga card game" but found nothing. Thanks.

The game is mine actually, Galefire Saga is just the name I am currently bouncing around for it.

Game is currently in the prototyping phase, plays pretty well actually.  Sort of a crazy mix between card game and war game.

That is really cool. Have you shared anywhere details about it? Like how attacking atkes place, what are the symbols on the cards, or what are the win conditions? btw, the card template is really great, but I would make some minor changes. You didn't ask for feedback, but I'm giving it anyway, because I like how the cards look. :)

For example, the 3 icons (sword, heart, shield) would benefit a lot from different colors (silver, red, blue) to make them easier to see when the card becomes smaller and it would add more color to the card. You don't have to go for too bright colors, but even if they are dark, they would look better imo. You should also try to avoid reduntant information like the character type and name which is repeated in 2 places.

I haven't really shared much outside of some close friends who I am playtesting with.

I like the colors idea, I may try that out.  It is actually pretty visible right now on the test card, but it could look better with a bit of color.

As for the multiple spaces of information, the top bar is color coded and quick information, the middle bar is for a more detailed description, currently.  Design may change at some point though.  Thanks for the advice :)
